In 2014, the BAD Buildings Program began working with communities in Fairmont, Kenova, Point Pleasant, Ronceverte, Shinnston, Middleway, Wheeling, and Weston.
In 2015, the Program is now working with communities in Moundsville, Parsons, Hamlin, Thomas, Whitesville, Terra Alta, Glenville, Charleston, and Morgantown.
In 2016 and 2017, BAD Buildings Program was able to expand through the Property Rescue Initiative to Davis, Ravenswood, St Albans, and Bath.
In 2018, the list of BAD Buildings Communities included Bath, Charleston, Danville, Davis, Fairmont, McMechen, Moundsville, Parsons, Piedmont, Shinnston, St. Albans, Thomas, West Liberty, Weston, Whitesville.

Green markers are communities that have completed the BAD Buildings process. Blue Markers signify In-progress communities. Red markers are communities that have started but have not continued the process.
