2017 BAD Buildings Summit

At the BAD Buildings Summit, learn how to rehabilitate Brownfields, Abandoned, and Dilapidated (BAD) Buildings in your community by networking with other leaders across the state dealing with the same challenges. Participants will see presentations by resource providers, practitioners, and technical experts on topics including demolition, codes & ordinances, funding, resources, engaging stakeholders, and sustainable reuse options for vacant properties.

At the Summit, two tracts will be available to participants: Standard Sessions and Specialized Sessions. Standard Sessions will cover the more basics of topics such as How to Build a BAD Buildings Team and Inventory Properties. The Specialized Sessions will cover certain topics intensively such as site redevelopment or creative problem solving beyond program basics.

The Summit will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at the Erickson Alumni Center (1 Alumni Drive) in Morgantown, WV.
